Design Team Call

***This design team call will run from December 1st- December 14th***

As some of you will already know, Lisa Jane left By The Cute and Girly last month and also Hanna has now stepped down so she can concentrate more on her school work, so we are looking for a few new design team members to join our team :)

By The Cute and Girly is a challenge for ALL types of crafts, from paper crafts to cross stitch, and everything in between, so we are looking for all types of crafters.

Whether you make cards, scrapbooks, cross stitch, knit, make jewelry or even flower arranging or baking, we want to hear from you!

It doesn't matter if you have no experience of being on a design team, as long as you have your own blog where you can show your creations, you can apply :)

Design Team Requirements

Design team members are required to make 2 or more creations for each monthly challenge. This can be whatever you would like to make as long as you follow the challenge themes.

We do encourage card makers to make something other than a card for one of their monthly creations, but this is not set in stone.

We take it in turns to host the challenges. You will be required to choose a challenge theme for your host month and do a little write up on the post (just telling people what your challenge is. Everyone adds their own pics and I add the sponsor info and inlinkz etc, so you will not be required to do any of that :))

You will be required to comment on entries. We do have a commenting rota in place to reduce the amount of comments that each dt member has to make.

On top of our 2 regular sponsors, we normally have a digital sponsor for each challenge which we sometimes receive images etc from to use for the challenge.

Most of the time, it is not a requirement for you to use sponsors images, but it is encouraged if possible.

email me (Lora) at lorascards@aol.com , telling me a little bit about yourself and include 2 photos of what you consider to be your best creations.

(please let me know in your email what number you are on the Inlinkz so I can match you up with your blog, as this makes it so much easier for me)

As I said, everyone is welcome to apply, even if you have never been on a design team before. We want to give everyone a chance :)

The call will run until the 14th of December and I will announce the choosen dt members as soon as possible after that.

If you are chosen, your term will be for 6 months initally.

I realise that everyone is busy at this time of year, so you will have the option to make something for our January challenge, or start after the New Year and your first creations will be for the February challenge.
